Businesses can now receive up to $26k for each employee (up to 500 employees).
2020 and 2021
The 2021 ERTC Program has increased to 70% of up to $10,000 in wages paid per employee per quarter for the first 3 quarters of 2021. THAT’S POTENTIALLY UP TO $21,000 PER EMPLOYEE!
Refund vs Credit? Although it’s called a credit, nearly all businesses elect to receive a check for the amount, instead of having the IRS hold the amount and apply towards future taxes.
Wait - Wasn't the Credit Only Available Last Year?
And why didn’t I know about it?
The ERTC was not widely used until mid 2021, when updated IRS regulations made this type of COVID-19 Relief more accessible. The credit is available to nearly every business that had W-2 employees in 2020 and 2021.
The 2020 Program is a refundable tax credit of 50% of up to $10,000 in wages paid per employee from 3/12/20-12/31/20 by an eligible employer. THAT’S $5,000 PER EMPLOYEE!
WE WILL MAKE SURE YOU GET BOTH YEARS IF YOU QUALIFY.
refund vs credit
Let's Break It Down...

Our automated application process means we have done a majority of the heavy lifting and it only takes you about 15 minutes to provide the information needed.
We ensure the maximum refundable credit with a proven and secure prcess.

FAQ
Why hasn’t my CPA/Payroll company told me about this? Like most economic development business tax incentive programs, the Employee Retention Tax Credit has certain complexities and most CPA's are not specialized in this area.
What if I received PPP and it was forgiven? You can still receive the credit but ERTC can not be applied towards the same payroll costs if they were paid using PPP funds.
What can I use the refund on? This credit can be spent in the business's sole discretion.
